Reaney Padraic

Pádraic Reaney was born in Carraroe, Co. Galway in 1952. After studying art and being greatly influenced by the well known sculptor Oisin Kelly, Reaney painted for many years in Galway.An artist skilled in various mediums, Sol Art Gallery is pleased to show Reaney’s highly acclaimed bronze sculptures.
In recent years Reaney has had solo exhibitions at Paintings and Graphics Arts and Cultural Centre, Inisheer Aran Islands, Galway Ros an Mhíl The Galway City Museum, Galway. His work is in public and private collections in this country as well as in Europe, Canada, the United States, Brazil and Japan.
Reaney has a studio in Moycullen where he now lives and works.
