Cécile Tremblay field today operates 4 hectares on 7 hectares of family property , which fall on different soils , Nuits Saint -Georges to the grands crus Echezeaux and Chapelle-Chambertin .

The entire area is conducted in biological control (certified by Ecocert ) . The soil is tilled mechanically and horse. The treatments are reasoned to the plot and is with sulfur to fight against powdery mildew with copper against mildew. They are often complemented by herbal teas to strengthen the action of copper.
The size varies according to the plots , it is short either Spurred cordon ( young plants ) or Guyot ( old vines ) . In order to control the yield and produce great wines , severe budding is done in the spring.
