Stephen Lawlor is a printmaker and painter born in Dublin, Ireland in 1958. He attended the National College of Art and Design, Dublin
(1980-83). He was Chairman of Graphic Studio Dublin from 2001 to 2005 and lectured at DLCAD, (now IADT) in printmaking & drawing
(1991-97). He is regarded as one of Ireland’s leading contemporary artists and his works form part of numerous public, private and corporate collections. Stephen was elected an associate member of the Royal Society of Painter Printmakers (ARE) in February 2016. Stephen conceived and co-ordinated A lonely impulse of delight for SO Fine Art editions which was part of Yeats 150th.
