For some, being requested by the HSE not to venture outside, offered the perfect excuse to binge-watch TV and order delivery from a local take-away restaurant. For others, not having dining-out options, encouraged more home cooking. This new culinary adventure ranged from simply taking the time to make banana bread or initiate sourdough bread-baking.
As a result, there is a growing demand that our Head Chef Richie, and our baking team, share some of their tricks, tips and recipes that can be used at home.
